I think I took off a star because it’s a little smaller than I was expecting it to be. I opted for the no drill installation and so far it works great. I did a little more than the instruction called for in that I very thoroughly cleaned the area I was sticking to with a light scouring pad and then 99% isopropyl alcohol. After that I heated both the adhesive mounting sheet AND the tile that I would be sticking it to with a hair dryer to get them very warm, but not hot. After marking a level line to line up the top of the adhesive sheet to before heating things up, I then applied the adhesive sheet. Then using the blunt end of a hair brush and the hair dryer I rubbed the adhesive sheet to the tile to insure that proper contact was made and as many air bubbles as possible were removed. I then let it completely cool before hanging the filled dispenser on it. One reviewer mentioned that it comes off the mount pretty easily; and it does. If you push up at all it moves. But if you just push in it does fine. It would have been nice if they had a releasable catch to prevent it from moving up. But if it’s that much of a problem, you should probably use the drilled tile method. Which I will do if it is warranted. As I said, it’s smaller than I expected. But that said, you will probably using a lot less product. It dispenses a proper amount, which is considerably less than I portion out of the bottle. It also frees up a lot of space and looks good doing it. And at a great price. I would buy it again, if needed, and have been recommending it to friends that ask about it.
