Simple and smart! Prefer a remote control? No problem. We supply two remote controls as standard. If you lose one, you can purchase extra remote controls and program them easily. This flexibility makes the system ideal for mixed-use sites where different users prefer different access methods. Care to share? Need to grant parking access to visitors, clients or family members? Share access through the app and set specific ays or times if required. This feature is particularly useful for businesses, valet parking, visitors and disabled parking spaces, where controlled access is essential. Long-life battery powered Your smartphone parking barrier uses a long-life rechargeable 6V 7AH lead acid battery for power. A full charge typically lasts 9-12 months before you need to recharge it, depending on usage. To make it even easier, the App includes a battery health indicator so you know when it’s time to recharge. To recharge, simply remove the battery and connect it to the supplied battery recharger power pack overnight. The next morning just pop the battery back into the smartphone bollard and you’re good to go for another 9-12 months. Our batteries are tested in all weather conditions and exceptionally reliable and long enduring. Your battery will generally last 2-3 years before you need to replace it. When it’s no longer recharging, you just buy a replacement rechargeable battery. And that’s why we only recommend you buy the spare when you’ve reached the battery’s end life.
