Description Description: This additive is made to achieve a puff 3D effect without changing the inks printability, brightness and wash fastness. You can also use a little additive in the ink to give the print a more matte finish. The Plastisol Puff additive can be used with all AMEX inks. If you are planning to use this additive with inks which are not AMEX, please wash test first. You can add the puff additive to the ink at a percentage from 5% to 20%. Please start with a smaller percentage to see if it’s suitable for your print these bases are suitable for manual or automatic printing. Printing To obtain best results use decent tension screens 34T/(80) to 90T/(230) both for manual printing and automatic presses – best results with a sharp squeegee blade. (Ink thinner) Clean up Please use Easisolv 842, Easiolv 701, Stinky Screen Wash or Franmar, please dispose of any cleaning consumables in a safe manner and use the correct PPI. Curing Plastisol will be fully cured at 165°C. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters.
