Description Description: International Coatings Cool white 7022 is a Low Temp, Low bleed, Fast flashing, low tack, flexible curing, and non-phthalate plastisol screen printing ink. Cool White™ has a creamy viscosity with a great body, making the ink suitable for printing on auto and manual presses. Cool White™ offers superior performance over a wide range of substrates, including standard textiles along with hard to print promotional items – This ink will cure at 135°C. 7022 Cool White™ will spot dry, with a very low after flash tack. Dwell time is dependent on the spot dryer used. In some cases, you may have to lower the heat of the spot cure unit because too much heat may actually make the ink tacky. When you spot dry, you are only partially fusing or gelling the surface of the ink. The ink should be just dry to the touch, with no lift off, but not totally fused. Totally fusing the under print white may cause inter-coat adhesion problems with the inks printed on top of the white ink. Final fusing or curing should occur in the dryer. 7022 Cool White™ is an ultra-low bleed ink, not a non-bleed ink. On some types of fabric, bleeding or dye-migration may occur. Always test print the fabric to be printed before beginning production. It is best to do some long term testing on fabrics to determine if they are going to bleed. Bleeding or dye migration may not occur right away. Features Low temperature Flash white Low flash cure times Bright white with a smooth finish Great washing resistance. Printing  To obtain best results use decent tension screens 34T/(80) to 90T/(230) both for manual printing and automatic presses – best results with a sharp squeegee blade. Additives Curable reducer. (Ink thinner) Soft hand base. (for softer prints on lighter shade garments) Puff Additive.(for raised prints) Clean up Please use Easisolv 842 , Easiolv 701, Stinky Screen Wash or Franmar, please dispose of any cleaning consumables in a safe manner and use the correct PPI. Curing  This Plastisol will be fully cured at 150°C. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters.
